Iran threatens to end Gulf countries’ oil production if attacked from their territory
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has warned that oil production across the Middle East could be brought to a halt if Iran comes under attack from bases located in neighboring Gulf countries, according to AFP.
“The southern neighbors must understand that if their territory or facilities are used by Iran’s enemies to launch attacks, they will have to say goodbye to oil production in the region,” said Majid Mousavi, commander of the Guards’ aerospace division, as reported by Fars News Agency.
